- Proway Academy has a strict no-refund policy.
- The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If the institute postpones or reschedules a batch due to unforeseen circumstances, the registration fee will not be refunded.
- If a candidate does not clear the due installment within 15 days of the deadline, their admission will be canceled.
- Late fee payments will attract a penalty of 5% per week on the installment amount after the due date.
- If Proway Academy is unable to offer a student a place on a course, the fees paid by the student will be refunded.

- The installment amount for each course varies depending on the course length and content.
- The late fee penalty is calculated on the total installment amount, not just the late payment.
